I am the founder and medical director of Optimise Aesthetics.  I qualified as a doctor from Guy’s Kings and St Thomas’s hospital in 2005 with Distinctions in Basic Medical Science, Clinical Medicine and Clinical Research. 

I am qualified as both a GP (MRCGP), an eye surgeon (MRCOphth) and an aesthetics doctor (Level 7 Diploma Aesthetics) and I work both as GP with an interest in eyes and as an aesthetics doctor. 

I am registered and regulated by both the General Medical Council and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners. 

I value good communication skills, a holistic approach to my consultations, meticulous attention to detail and a gentle light touch during procedures.

It is these qualities that lead me to become interested in skin health and aesthetics or non-surgical cosmetic treatments.  I have undergone extensive cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic training  with Harley Street Specialists at the Harley Academy in London.  I have a Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetics.  

I believe that by focusing on optimising your general and skin health you can gain fantastic safe natural looking results and rejuvenation.

In addition Dr Bye works alongside the Mount Alvernia pharmacist to ensure all treatments used are safe and stored in the correct conditions. Mount Alvernia has a lovely patient liaison team who help to make your visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
