How we work

Every patient will have a detailed initial consultation with Dr Bye to elicit their concerns and expectations. This allows plenty of time to gain a full medical history including any detail about previous treatments and a full facial examination. This is vital to get optimal results and to plan an appropriate safe treatment plan which is tailored to you. A longer consultation will allow you time to ask Dr Bye any questions and allow her to explain how the treatments work and what to expect.

I have suffered with quite severe Rosacea (well in my opinion) for a decade or so and it has worsened over the years. I... had lots of flushing and pink spider veins on my face. I have tried the standard GP/dermatologist solutions but nothing has ever worked. If I didn’t wear a foundation work colleagues would ask me why I was so red! (Pre-Covid times).I consulted Dr Louise who is wonderful and very easy to talk to for a skin consultation. After a full medical disclosure we started off with some medical grade creams and serums. I’ve stuck with the regimen with surprising results! I was somewhat optimistic but my redness has reduced by at least 90% and my pores are smaller. Dr Louise administered some Botox today for me and we are planning sessions for Micro Needling to help erase my facial veins.I couldn’t recommend Dr Louise enough! She is knowledgeable, warm and pleasant to deal with-you have nothing to lose but your symptoms.read more
