I had a facial back in March, (not carried out by Dr Bye) which caused irritation and redness to my face a few weeks after the treatment. After seeing my GP, being referred to the Skin Doctors app, seeing my GP again and another dermatologist I was left feeling very down and not knowing what to do about my very red face some 4 months later. I had already looked up Dr Bye and one of my friends just happened to mention her, so I booked an appointment and when I met Dr Bye it was the first time in months I felt listened to and that I wasn’t being totally vain and wasting peoples time. At this point my face was looking like an extra from Star Trek! It turned out my face was infected and I had to take 3 months of antibiotics. Dr Bye really listened and was compassionate, took pictures of my face to track progress, offered to do a follow up call while I was away with work to see how the antibiotics were working. I went back to see Dr Bye a few weeks ago as while I know my face is improving, it’s hard to see it yourself, and I wanted to hear her thoughts, especially as I was about to go on vacation as I was aware the antibiotics can make your skin super sun senstive. She has been very honest that it could be a slow process to have my skin totally clear of any redness or pigmentation, the skin looks like it is naturally scarring now. I will be going back to Dr Bye for advice on a treatment/skincare plan to get my skin back to looking clearer and hopefully less ‘meh’. I had dermal filler treatment recently with Dr Bye and I would highly recommend her clinic. She offered a thorough consultation, and I felt at ease throughout. Rather than overdo it, Dr Bye advocates for a natural approach and she was absolutely right in her recommendations. I could not be more delighted with the treatment Dr Bye did on my marionette lines. I’m so glad I found this wonderful Dr & have already booked to have my nasal labial lines done. Dr Bye is a lovely, personable Dr who explained everything to me very clearly even showing me the product she used. She completely put me at ease & made sure I was informed & comfortable throughout the whole process. I had no swelling afterwards, only a tiny bruise which was to be expected & Dr Bye explained that might happen so I had no concerns over it. She even checked in on me two weeks after my treatment to make sure everything was ok. I have been to other aestheticians before, but now I will only go to Dr Bye as she is a medical Dr so you know you are in the very best hands.
